MY STORY

"When I dare to be powerful, to use my strength in the service of my vision, then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid."
- Audre Lorde

I guide reconnection with the roots of who we are.

That purpose is the thread through everything I do ,whether I’m holding space in a coaching session or finding stillness on a mountain trail. As a leadership and life coach, I support typically underrepresented folks who are stretched thin, emotionally overextended, or craving something deeper. I walk with clients as they reconnect with their truth, move with intention, and build sustainable actions rooted in care—not extraction.

As a Queer Filipina-American, I’ve wrestled with the same questions many of my clients bring to coaching: Where do I belong? What kind of life do I want to create? How do I honor what’s important to me without apology? These lived experiences shape my approach: grounded, relational, and  centered on honoring your full humanity.

Outside of coaching, you’ll often find me in nature, hiking, skiing, or biking. I recently completed my BICP Level 1 mountain bike instructor course through a scholarship with All Bikes Welcome, a program that uplifts folks traditionally underrepresented in cycling. While I’m not offering MTB coaching just yet, I’m exploring opportunities to share this passion with underrepresented communities in the future. Access, representation, and belonging, on the trail and in life, matter deeply to me.

Whether we’re in conversation or in motion, my work is rooted in this truth:
You already carry wisdom. You already belong.
Sometimes, the next step is simply reconnecting with the roots of who you are.

If that resonates let's connect. Book a Discovery Call
We’ll map where you are, where you’re being called, and how coaching can support your next steps.
